Mabini, Batangas is one of the most popular Scuba Diving destinations in South East Asia. Mr. Benedict Reyes is a scuba dive master and the president of the Philippine Association on Underwater Activities. This guest house is part of the expansion of his house, designed to accomodate his students and guests.
Its floor area is 107 sq.m. with a 50 sq.m. loft. The open plan house includes a living and a dining area, a sleeping area, and a small pantry to accommodate guests’ needs, and a loft that also serves as a sleeping area. Outside the house is a multi-purpose veranda with a 1.5 m-deep pool.

MANANSALA
Manansala is a one-bedroom apartment unit in Makati City, Philippines for a young artist couple. To reflect the clients' personalities, the Team used and experimental design and decorating techniques.
